At Caps By Cap, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below is our detailed shipping policy, guidelines and best practices.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- For custom or bulk orders, production times may take up 30 business days or more, depending on the design complexity.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, including tracking information for your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, destination, and package weight.
Local Delivery: Delivers within 24-48 hours after the order has been processed. (Las Vegas area only up to 25 miles from fulfillment location.)
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–8 business days (domestic).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days (domestic).

Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $150
- This promotion is automatically applied at checkout and applies only to qualifying orders.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. Please check back for future updates on international sales and shipping options.
Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our carrier’s website.
Shipping Issues
Route Package Protection
- Insurance provided by Route is available at checkout for a small fee. Visit here for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at CustomerSupport@capsbycap.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly or if you have purchased package insurance through Route, you can file a claim here.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Caps By Cap is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an address error is identified after placing the order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
Delivery Delays
- Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or external factors (e.g., weather). We will keep you informed and do our best to resolve any delays.
